REGISTRATION INFORMATION

-The registration fee of $135 covers the overnight lodging, food, and activities for the entire weekend. 
-Registration fee for leaders is $65. 

-Check-in: Registration will start at 6 pm at the Activity Center with Orientation to follow at 8 pm in the Activity Center as well. 
-Check-out: After Sunday Breakfast at 8 am (after breakfast, Skyview does not provide any activities so that our staff may attend church). 

GROUP INFORMATION

***Youth Leaders register for the WHOLE group (there is no individual registration) 
-Each group will have need to have at least one FEMALE and one MALE leader
 

***Skyview Ranch does not provide supervision for retreat groups. The retreat group is responsible for providing leaders for their students during these weekends. Groups are required to bring at least one female leader and one male leader to stay in each of the cabins with campers. Leaders are required to have a background check on file at their church or with the main leader. (see more information on background checks next). Group leaders are directly responsible for the actions and behavior of their students and leaders when on camp property. (See Skyview Ranch Student Retreat Policy Page)

HOW TO REGISTER (GROUP)

1. As the Youth Leader, you are registering your whole group at once (there is no individual registration for students, the Youth Leader will register themselves as the "camper") 
2. Visit skyviewranch.org (click the Retreats/Events Tab and Scroll to Winter Retreats Tab and click on Winter Blast)
3. Click the Register Button and either log in or create a new account with your name
4. Click Add a Camper or Click Register New
5. Select the Winter Blast Date that you want to register for 
6. Type in the amount of Male/Female Teens as well as Male/Female Leaders 
*****Initial registration only requires an estimate, final numbers will be due 2 weeks before your event date
7. Proceed to payment screen. There is a $500 down payment due upon online registration. The remaining amount will not be due until arrival to camp property
8. Click NEXT and complete the GROUP PROFILE FORM and fill out any dietary needs and what church you are associated with
9. Activity Waivers will need to filled out upon arrival to Skyview. Check below for a PDF or look for an email once you register
***If the student is under 18 years of age they will need the activity waiver to be signed by their parent or guardian

For nearly four decades, Scott Price has dedicated his life to empowering the local church by evangelizing and discipling the next generation. As the Director of Ignite Student Outreach, Scott comes alongside youth pastors and leaders to help strengthen their disciple-making ministries, while also serving as the Director of Network Development for Camp Chautauqua in Miamisburg, Ohio. His heart for youth ministry reaches far beyond his home state, frequently traveling across the U.S. and making annual youth ministry trips to Brazil. Scott is blessed to share life and ministry with his wife, Melinda, who manages a local coffee shop outreach in Wadsworth, Ohio.
