WHAT IS A MEETING FACILITY AT SKYVIEW RANCH?
Meeting spaces are a place where you can hold chapel sessions, group meetings or organizational events. There are four main meeting facilities at Skyview Ranch including: The Activity Center, Wildwood Chapel, Lodge, and The Pavilion.
Overnight guest groups receive one meeting location with price of lodging. Prices for meeting areas are for additional meeting locations and non-overnight groups.
ACTIVITY CENTER
Description: The Activity Center offers flexible spaces to accommodate groups of all sizes and needs. The gym serves as our largest chapel space, ideal for large group gatherings. For smaller settings, our meeting rooms provide a more intimate chapel or meeting environment. The vestibule is a great option for small group discussions or breakout meetings. The building also includes restrooms, along with a kitchen and dining area, making it a convenient, all-in-one space for your group.

Capacity: 450 person capacity
WILDWOOD
Description: Located on the back half of camp, Wildwood Chapel offers a more private setting for chapel sessions or meetings. This medium-sized space can accommodate groups of 1–120 people and is equipped with a sound board, speakers, and TV access. Just outside the chapel, you’ll find a small fire pit, perfect for additional gathering space. The nearest restrooms are located at the Men’s Shower House and the Lodge.

LODGE
Description: The Lodge offers a versatile, more casual meeting space for your group. The lower level features couches, tall tables and chairs, and access to a back deck with picnic tables—great for relaxed gatherings or small group discussions.
The upper level includes recreational options like ping pong, carpetball, and board games, along with a projector hookup and limited AV capabilities depending on your needs. The Ranch Store is conveniently located on the main level of the Lodge.
Restrooms are located on the lower level for easy access.

PAVILION
Description: Located next to our office trailers, the Pavilion offers a convenient outdoor meeting space for your group. It includes lighting and power outlets, making it a functional option for a variety of gatherings.
The Pavilion also features a small yard area to the right and a nearby fire pit, providing additional space for activities or discussion. The nearest restrooms are located at the Lodge or Frontier Cabins, while office bathrooms are only available during office hours.
