From U.S. 62 (Heading North)

1. U.S. 62 goes through Millersburg.
2. In Millersburg: turn right at the 4th traffic light. (S.R. 39 East & U.S. 62 East)
3. Go through town: Township Road 319 is approximately 2 miles and will be on your left. S.R. 39 East will go from one lane eastbound to two lanes eastbound. Stay in the left lane.
4. Watch for a billboard on your left that says "Vision Clinic Associates." The road by the sign is Twp. Rd. 319.
5. Follow Twp. Rd. 319 approximately ½ a mile staying on the main road. Turn left at the "Skyview Ranch" sign (which will be on your right) and follow the drive way up to the Dining Hall/Office Complex.

From U.S. 30 (Heading East)

1. Follow U.S. 30 East to Wooster and get onto State Route 83 South.
2. Follow S.R. 83 South into Millersburg.
3. In Millersburg: turn left at the 1st traffic light. (S.R. 39 East & U.S. 62 East)
4. Go through town: Township Road 319 is approximately 2 miles and will be on your left. S.R. 39 East will go from one lane eastbound to two lanes eastbound. Stay in the left lane.

From I-71 (Heading South)

1. Exit from I-71 at the Lodi / Wooster Exit. (State Route 83 South)
2. Follow S.R. 83 South around Wooster to Millersburg.
3. In Millersburg: turn left at the 1st traffic light. (S.R. 39 East &U.S. 62 East)
4. Go through town: Township Road 319 is approximately 2 miles and will be on your left. S.R. 39 East will go from one lane eastbound to two lanes eastbound. Stay in the left lane.

From I-77 (Heading South)

1. In south Canton, exit from I-77 to U.S. 30 West (towards Massillon).
2. Follow U.S. 30 West to U.S. 62-Millersburg exit. Follow U.S. 62 west until you reach Berlin. (You will pass through Navarre, Wilmot, Winesburg, and Bunker Hill before Berlin.) U.S. 62 joins S.R. 39 in Berlin.
3. We are 5-6 miles west of Berlin (but before Millersburg) off of S.R. 39.
4. On your left, watch for a Chuck Nicholson's Chevrolet Dealership then for Millersburg Tire.
5. Turn right at the next road (Township Road 319) past Millersburg Tire. Watch for a billboard that says "Vision Clinic Associates." The road before the sign is Twp. Rd. 319.
6. Follow Twp. Rd. 319 approximately ½ a mile staying on the main road. Turn left at the "Skyview Ranch" sign (which will be on your right) and follow the drive way up to the Dining Hall/Office Complex.

From I-77 (Heading North)

1. Exit at Dover onto State Route 39. Follow S.R. 39 West until you reach Berlin. You will pass through Sugarcreek and Walnut Creek before reaching Berlin.
2. We are 5-6 miles west of Berlin, but before Millersburg, off of S.R. 39.
3. Watch for a Chuck Nicholson's Chevrolet Dealership then for Millersburg Tire on your left.
4. Turn right at the next road (Township Road 319) past Millersburg Tire. Watch for a billboard that says "Vision Clinic Associates." The road before the sign is Twp. Rd. 319.
