Jeremy Hales, Executive Director
"My vision for the ministry at Skyview Ranch is for our team to serve Christ and others by creating innovative life experiences in an irresistible environment where relationships are the catalyst for life-long Christian growth." - Jeremy Hales
Jeremy joined the Skyview Ranch (SVR) team in August of 2006 with the primary goal of reaching campers for Christ through every aspect of SVR. Jeremy gained a BA in Bible/Theology and Camp Administration from Appalachian Bible College, and also earned a Masters Degree from Baptist Bible Seminary in Organizational Leadership. Jeremy owns and operates Christian Camp Consulting, which he describes as "a thriving organization that I will continue to invest in as we stay on the 'cutting edge' at Skyview Ranch."
Jeremy and his wife Sara have nearly thirty combined years of experience in Christian camping. They have three children, Chelsea, Jason and Alyssa (not pictured), who bring their own intuitive wisdom about bubbles, cookies and coloring to the SVR team. Jeremy enjoys "holding hands on a swing with my wife, catching frogs in the creek with Chelsea and watching the face of awe on Jason when he sees something in God's creation for the first time."
Erin Bullington, Guest Services Director
Erin graduated from Indiana University in 2010. She came to Skyview by way of the Skyview Ranch Apprenticeship program in August of 2010, and after six months in the program, was hired into the Guest Services position. Erin is in charge of facilitating relationships with groups, preparing them to come enjoy all that the Ranch has to offer during the months of August - May. She also helps program awesome retreats and has brought a lot of enthusiasm and wisdom to the Skyview Ranch team. When not running awesome group activities, Erin loves sports and outdoor activities, especially ultimate Frisbee, basketball, hiking, and caving.
Nikki Childs, Administrative Director

Nikki Childs graduated from Cedarville University in 2007 and currently manages the SVR office. Nikki attended Skyview Ranch at age nine and rededicated her life to Christ late one night in Giggle Inn, a SVR cabin. God used that decision and later summers at Skyview to prepare her heart for children's ministry in a camp setting. She enjoys using her experience in Christian Education and missions at SVR to impact lives at the Ranch. She also loves spending time with her husband Bobby and visiting with friends and family.
Ryan Smith, Maintenance Director
Ryan and Bekah Smith have had a long history with the Ranch. Ryan started his stint at the Ranch with several years on summer staff as a Grithog. Bekah served as a Food Service Director at the Ranch. Ryan is now responsible for keeping everything running, from heat in the cabins to tractors to Ranch vehicles. He is the resident expert on just about everything, and does an exceptional job keeping everything in tip top shape.
Christy Sneller, Food Service Director
Christy graduated from Davenport University with an Associates Degree in Business Management, but through a series of God events found that she loved to cook, beginning her culinary journey. Christy ran the kitchen at Springhill Camps from 2006 through 2009, which is where she first found out that she loved cooking for camp ministry. From there she moved to Colorado and worked as the Food Service Director for Whit's End at Focus on the Family. Then God sent her to Mission school for about 4 months, where she found out about Skyview Ranch through their website, interviewed with the executive director, and the rest is history (tasty, tasty history). Christy plans the menus, orders supplies and cooks the food and keeps everyone at Skyview on full. When not in the kitchen cooking up a storm, Christy loves to be outside riding horses, shooting guns, hiking, biking, rock climbing, or hanging out with the staff. She also loves to watch movies and read good books.
Jackie Fairbanks, Book Keeper
Jackie Fairbanks and her family of five fell in love with the Ranch while attending family camp. Jackie is a Certified Public Accountant and oversees the SVR finances. Her goal is to help the Ranch effectively steward the resources God has entrusted, so that SVR can better glorify God and reach more campers for Christ.
Ryan Simmons, Media Specialist
Ryan graduated from Cedarville University in 2006 with a BA in English and joined Skyview that summer as a counselor. It's a time that he calls, "Tiring, stressing--but one of the best growing experiences of my life." Afterwards, Ryan volunteered at Skyview and found a niche, ironically, working in his hobbies--Web development, print publication and video production. Now, anything you read on the Skyview Website or see in a flyer or see in a Skyview video was probably produced by Ryan.
Ryan was married in 2007 to Michele, an SVR alum who originally introduced Ryan to the Ranch. Ryan enjoys dating his wife, planning his home theatre, and watching Hayao Miyazaki films.
