Are you prepared to take on the challenge of leading a cabin of 10 to 15 Juniors, Junior Highers or High Schoolers? We only accept the best on the frontline.

Skyview believes in a decentralized camping philosophy. In other words, the bulk of the ministry is personal and takes place in the cabins. We have a hands-on philosophy and we believe the counselor, along with their support staff partners, are the key to ministry at the camp.

We give you the opportunity to spend quality time with your kids for five days every week, giving you a chance to personally speak to each child or teen about their spiritual condition in one-on-one settings. Think of counseling as an intense mixture of friendship, mentoring and spiritual adventure.

Training:

Counselor training lasts for two and a half weeks as you learn everything you need to know to make sure you and your campers both have a great week of camp. Whether its learning how to belay properly on "The Tower", singing camp songs or dealing with mock camper situations, you will be equipped and challenged like never before. Counselor training can be more in-depth and more educational than most college courses and offers experiences that will last a lifetime.

We will answer questions and be a resource for you all summer long so that you have the best chance to have a successful summer!
